Don't Sweat the Small Stuff 2014 Day-to-Day Calendar: and it's all small stuffDon’t Sweat the Small Stuff 2014 Day-to-Day Calendar: and it’s all small stuff by Richard Carlson
My rating: 2 of 5 stars

Non-spoiler summary in one sentence: If you’re looking to simplify your life and be reminded to be more grateful and loving day-to-day, here’s the desk calendar for you.

Initial thoughts: I bought this hoping for some small tokens of inspiration and to see if I could pay attention to a desk calendar.

Genre(s) IMHO: Books that aren’t books, Self Help

Conclusion: I don’t regret getting into the day-to-day desk calendar craze; certainly some of these quotes made me smile or feel inspired for a day. I’ve even pinned a few of them to my wall to remember all year. Having said this, these quotes weren’t mind-altering or life changing in my personal life, and I don’t think I could read a whole book of this writing style in one sitting; it’s just too simplified for my tastes.
